George Ezra Rocks Halifax, The Gold Rush Kid Puts On A Cracking Monday Night Show At The Piece Hall . 👌✨️

I cannot lie, I have a massive soft spot for cheeky chap George Ezra so I was pretty excited for the summer gig, I think it left quite a lot of people speechless having George upon the stage in our little town on a Monday night, he definetly brought his A game and put on a corker of a show . 


Playing in front of 5,500 adoring fans in an open air show at the historic cloth hall, the show was opened by Limerick band Kingfisher who with there catchy tunes really got the show started and got the crowd going in anticipation for a bit of George Ezra action.



George really set the scene when he came on stage to massive applause and you could really feel the energy and excitement building. 

George opened the show with Anyone For You, Cassy O, Get away and the cheeky cheap packed his set full of number one hits such as Paradise, Green Green Grass, Barcelona, Budapest and had to finish with non other than fan favourite Shot Gun 

I aswell as the the rest of the crowd had a fantastic night you could really tell that everyone had the time if there lives, you couldn't help but sing along to the cheeky chaps hits, when the MIC went quiet it was lovely to see the whole crown singing along word for word lighting the hall up with torches, as the sun set over the Piece Hall it really set the scene, George now has one show in Halifax under his belt, Up next another fantastic sell out on Thursday, exciting times in deed for fans .

Anyone who knows me and follows my blogging knows I love to rave about small local independent Yorkshire businesses and I couldn't let Yorkshire Day pass us by without telling you about the right small little Yorkshire hidden gem, I present to you, Gini's Gift Shop in Birstall, I love that the gift shop helps independent small makers showcase there makes with the rent a shelf basis, opening the makes up to a wider platform and the shop helps to get the makers brainchildren out to the bigger platform, I also love that there are only a few of each makes made and you can see the love and time put in, I loved browsing the cute little shop Nestled in small little historic Yorkshire town Birstall.
