Alright my loves I have to let you into a secret well its no secret but I want to rave about Tickles Music Hall Bradford I'm a massive advocate for the place and I will always do my upmost to get the word out
if you are a massive music fan and haven't been to Tickles in Bradford to enjoy some fabulous live music the last 2 years where have you even hiding ?! under a rock, let me tell you if you haven't attended a live music gig at the venue you don't know what you are missing it is without a doubt slowly becoming the place to be and be seen with acts queuing to perform its no mean feat with the plethora of acts that are coming through the doors and this October is no exception with plenty of live bands for you to enjoy.
The two chaps known as Modest worked for the same business but after their last big job together, Andre 'The Bass & Vocals' Modest and Anton 'The Guitar & Lead Vocals' Goldapples had to go ‘away’ for a while...
Some time later, a chance meeting at Lucky Jims gentlemans drinking joint led to their decision to form a musical combo to enthusiastically and energetically peddle live versions of the music they love, from artists such as The Jam, The Specials, Madness, Dexy's, Small Faces, The Beat, The Who, Bad Manners, Northern Soul, Motown...and more.
And so they stroll on into legend (and boozers mostly) as... The Modest ... We can't wait to welcome to lads back to Tickles on Saturday 7th October 🙌
