The Weekend Party Has Arrived, Ministry Of Sound Classical Hits The Piece Hall And Gets A Rainy Friday Buzzing✨️๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿ’ƒ

Let's set the scene, it's a bleak miserable rainy Friday evening in Halifax, the drizzle is coming down, as us Yorkshire folk are ready for all seasons it doesn't phase us, how can is possibly feel chilly when superclub Ministry Of Sound are in town with there absolutetly fantastic Orchestral concert bringing all the sunny vibes right to our doorstep, who needed the sunny Isles of ibiza last night when we had Costa Del Halifax, Ministry Of Sound brought the music but us folk of Halifax brought the sun and dance moves .

First act of the night was local sax Legend the fabulous Ellie Sax who got the audience raring to go taking on some well known house and dance hits on her Sax, Ellie always gets the party started with her cracking costumes her signature hat and fabulous Sax playing, the Halifax legend set the scene for a fabulous evening on dance and house classics.

A real stand out performance for me had to be Grammy award winning DJ and producer Roger Sanchez up on the decks playing his classics one of my all time favourites being 'another chance' if you could see what I could see it was amazing the crowds looked like they were in pure ecstacy having the time of there lives, reliving there youths for the night I was so happy to be part of something so special coming to Halifax for one night only, as I keep saying it's pretty mental than all these world class acts are queuing to come and play in our little town.

the main act of the night the amazing 32 piece Manchester Orchaestra led by conducter David Mahoney they took to the the stage playing classic tracks such as Fat Boy Slims Right Here, Right Now, The Chemical Brothers ‘ Hey Boy Hey Girl and Insomnia by Faithless all brought to life reimagined it was pure musical genius and nostalgia I wish I was in my youth back in the rave hay days I was in my absolute element tune after tune being played not a note wrong and I definetly got a few goosebumps and got a bit teary when they gave a nod to the NHS playing classic hit 'Your Not Alone'

The Musical and visual spectacular was a feast for the eyes, just when you didn't think the night could get any better on came power house vocalist the legendary Kym Mazelle belting out tune after tune everyone in high spirits dancing singing and bopping along I myself throwing a few shapes in my element seeing everyone having the time of there lives not letting the rain put them off ! .

My 4th gig down of the Piece Hall summer gigs and I am absolutetly loving each and everyone of them, the gigs just keep getting better each night bringing something different but each evening the music means something to everyone, the saying really is true 'Music Brings People Together'
